Procurement of Equipment and Materials
Identifying, sampling, sourcing & procuring project compnents like solar panel, solar invertor, mounting arrangement, earthing, etc from identified suppliers after negotations & factory visits if required in scheduled timeline. Managing logistics & deliveries of material. Ensuring quality of procured material.
Construction and Installation
Preparation of site including various steps & process involved. Installation of material is done after conducting required sample testings.
Commissioning and Testing
After conducting electrical testing & safety inspections ensuring satisfactory working of solar panels, inverter, ACDB, DCDB, etc. The final integration of solar power plant is done with grid supply. Commissioning is done after obtaining necessary certifications & approvals.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Handover
Develop a plan for operations & maintenance of the project. Conducting training secessions, assigning responsibilitis for maintenance, monitoring power generation.
Project Handover
Handover of Project after ensuring project maintenance documents, warranties & service agreements are in place. We also do hand holding for one year & conducts post-completion performance review in scheduled intervals.
